Secret D6 is an unlockable active item in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Rerolls every item in the current room into another item from the Secret Room item pool. The rerolled item has a 35% chance to disappear.

The first rerolled item costs its original shop price, while every next one costs 2¢ more, up to a maximum of 99¢.

Earn all Hard Mode completion marks for all Elitium characters, including tainted ones.
