The Empty Deck item
The Empty Deck is an unlockable active item in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Convert trinkets, hearts, coins, bombs, keys, batteries, bags, and pills into cards.
Every pickup variant has a unique count and chance of converting.
If the chance don't work, pickup disappears.
Trinkets and troll bombs are guaranteed to be converted into cards.
