XX - Arbitrariness is an unlockable consumable in Elitium, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Has a 50% chance to spawn an item from the current room's item pool, and a 50% chance to make Isaac take 2 full hearts of damage.
The damage cannot kill Isaac.
How to unlock?
Complete Boss Rush as Stefan.
