Roulette Dice is an active item in Ephemera, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Rolls differently based on the current number of uses.

The quality of the roll will vary the outcome, e.g. rolling a 20 gives quality 4 items, and rolling a 1 gives quality 0 and quality 1 items for use 2.

After using it 3 times, it cycles around to use 1 again.

Use 1 Rerolls all pickups in the room. Use 2 Rerolls all pedestal items in the room. Use 3 Rerolls one of Isaac's passive items.
