Atlas' Burden is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

-0.15 speed.

Dealing damage to an enemy has a 0.5-10% chance (random with each shot) to drop a boulder on them, making them sweat and slowing their movement speed by 20%.

After a short while (1% chance per frame), the boulder will bounce and crush the enemy, instantly killing it. If it is a boss, it will instead take 4x Isaac's damage and remain active.

When crushing and killing an enemy, 8 rock tears that deal 2x Isaac's damage are fired in a circle.

The chance for a boulder to drop scales with luck and goes up to 50% with 2.5 luck.

If a boulder is currently active in the room, the chance for another one to spawn drops drastically based on the number of boulders.
