Bifurcated Stars is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Reveals the Boss Room on the map.

After defeating the floor's boss, the Boss Room entrance will transform into a Treasure Room door that leads directly to the current floor's Treasure Room.

The door will revert back to normal after it's used.

If the current floor has Curse of the Labyrinth!, the first boss' door will be converted, and will lead to one of the floor's Treasure Rooms chosen randomly.

Enter an item room in the Ascent that was previously skipped.
