Broken Record is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a 30% chance to replace new item pedestals with an item that Isaac already has.

Will not provide Isaac with duplicate items that have no useful effect when stacked. For these purposes, items with the summonable tag are considered stackable, with some exceptions and additions.
