Constant Grimlin is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a familiar on Isaac's head that, when in an active room, automatically fires tears in one random direction that is chosen upon entering the room, or when the trinket is dropped and picked back up again.

It can also shoot when dropped on the ground.

Tears are shot 1.5 times per second and deal 2x Isaac's amount of damage, or 3.5 if dropped on the ground.
