Flea of Deluge trinket
Flea of Deluge is an unlockable trinket in Fiend Folio: Reheated, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Upon entering an uncleared room, spawns a cyan Skuzz that deals 3x Isaac's damage and fires 8 tears in a circle that deal Isaac's damage, then dies.
How to unlock?
Kill Meltdown 3 times.
