GMO Penny is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Picking up a coin has a chance to activate a random pill effect.

The chance scales with luck, and is equal to √ (20 * Luck) + 5, going up to 100% at 452 luck.

Some coins grant an additional chance for the effect to trigger:
• Nickel: +2%
• Dime: +5%
• Cursed Penny: +5%
• Lucky Penny: +10%

Items that modify pills will affect the randomly chosen pills from this trinket.
