King of Diamonds is an unlockable consumable in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Turns the room into gold.

Inflicts all enemies in the room with the Midas' Touch petrification effect for 8 seconds, making them drop coins upon death.

Converts 25% of the normal rocks in the room into Fool's Gold rocks.

Destroy 25 Fool's Gold rocks.
