Max's Fossil is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Upon entering a room that is connected to a Secret Room or Super Secret Room, a dog howling sound is played.

Crush Effect: Stores 1 last howl that is played upon entering a room that has a Tinted Rock or Super Special Rock. The howl is accompanied with a random ghostly picture of a dog floating above the rock.
