Ramblin' Opal is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

While in an uncleared room, Isaac will continuously spawn friendly Shiitake spores that fall to the ground and spawn Shiitakes.

Shiitakes spawn with 7 HP and will shoot at enemies, dealing 6 damage per shot, and 4.38 damage per tick (9.39 per second).

A total of 3 Shiitakes can be active at once.
