Rerolligan Fossil is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a 10% chance to shoot a tear that rerolls the enemy it hits into a different enemy with similar HP.

The chance scales with luck and goes up to 40% with 7.5 luck.

There's a cooldown of 2 seconds before an enemy can be rerolled again.

Crush Effect: Spawns a Glass D10 and 2 random Glass Dice.
