Technological Ruby 2.0 trinket
Technological Ruby 2.0 is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Creates 2 circular pulsating laser rings around Isaac that deal damage to enemies that come in contact with them.
The outer ring deals 10% of Isaac's damage, while the inner ring deals 25%.
