Twin Tuffs is a trinket in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Grants a 25% chance to convert any pickup drop into its double variant.

Grants a 15% chance to double pickups spawned as a room clear reward.

Both chances are affected by luck, where the chance to convert pickups is increased by +2.5% for each point of luck, and the chance to double room clear rewards is increased by +1.5% for each point of luck.
