Torture Cookie is an active item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Deals half a heart of damage to Isaac. This damage does not affect the Devil Deal chance.

Spawns one of the following:
• 3% - trinket from the Torture Cookie trinket pool
• 14% - reverse tarot card
• 16% - Black Heart
• 67% - displays an evil fortune
