Wrong Warp is an active item in Fiend Folio, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Teleports Isaac to a random floor in the game.

The chosen floor is completely random and not tied to the current run progression, meaning it can take Isaac backwards or forwards several floors, a different path, to a final boss, even to the Ascent, Blue Womb, and other floors.

The new floor will always be either a different stage, from a different DLC, or a different Ascent scenario.

Resets the currently chosen run path progression, i.e. having chosen the Chest path, the Backwards path, or having killed Mom's Heart in the Mausoleum.
