Analog Tape is a trinket in Foks' Booster Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Entering a room for the first time has a 33% chance to summon a familiar from one of the doors (excluding the one Isaac entered), which will remain open.

The familiar chases Isaac, with duration based on room size and speed scaling with Isaac's.

If Isaac outruns it, triggers the The Necronomicon effect, dealing 40 damage to all enemies, and disappears.

The trinket is lost if the familiar collides with Isaac or the trinket pickup.
