Granny Giga item
Granny Giga is an active item in Foks' Booster Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Starts discharged and can only be charged by picking up Bombs. Each Bomb grants 1 charge and won't be added to Isaac's inventory.
On useDestroys all obstacles, machines, beggars, etc. and deals 200 damage to every enemy in the room.
Opens all doors in the room, including Boss Rush, Hush, Secret Room, and Super Secret Room entrances.
