Toy Shovel is an active item in Foks' Booster Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a 10% chance to dig up a random pickup, trinket or chest.
Increases odds by 10% when used in a special room.
Increases odds by 40% when used on a tile with a special graphic (e.g. grass, piece of garbage, etc).
