Adds a chance to fire a holy laser beam alongside the tear, like those spawned by Revelation.

The chance to fire a holy laser beam scales with luck, starting at 2% with 0 luck, going up to 15% at 15 luck.

The following formula is used for calculating the chance:
• deltaX = MaxLuck - MinLuck
• Chance = ((MaxChance - MinChance) / deltaX) * LuckStat + (MaxLuck * MinChance - MinLuck * MaxChance) / deltaX
