Owl's Eye is an unlockable passive item in Furtherance, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Adds a chance to shoot an orange tear which is piercing, homing, and deals double damage.

The chance to fire this tear scales with luck, starting at 8% with 0 luck, going up to 50% at 15 luck.

The following formula is used for calculating the chance:
• deltaX = MaxLuck - MinLuck
• Chance = ((MaxChance - MinChance) / deltaX) * LuckStat + (MaxLuck * MinChance - MinLuck * MaxChance) / deltaX
