Force Charge Badge trinket
Force Charge Badge is a trinket in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Allow Isaac to charge to all active items that use special charge type upon room clear, with the following rule:
• 7+ charge: always add 1 charge.
• Else: Has a 1 / 2 ^ (7 - MaxCharge) chance to add 1 charge.
