Supreme Ring is a trinket in Glacier's Laboratory, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Replaces all non-rune pocket items with rings. This works retroactively, affecting pocket items already spawned on the floor.

Rings disappear if left behind in the room.

Using any ring applies slight all stats penalty, then grants all stats up that scales down to 0 over the course of 60 seconds.

Cannot be dropped manually.

Upon taking fire damage or explosion damage, removes stats penalty applied by the trinket and converts all ring effects into permanent damage up, the trinket is destroyed afterwards.
