Anguish Jar is an unlockable active item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Creates a controllable Hush Laser, dealing 40 damage per tick (171.43 per second).

This laser persists between rooms and lasts for roughly 7 seconds.

It also creates slowing white creep underneath it.

The laser deals damage both at the ending and starting point (Isaac).

Defeat The Fallen Light as Apollyon.
