Cyborg is a transformation in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

Obtained by acquiring any 3 items from the Cyborg Transformation item group.

Grants immunity to explosions and crush damage.

Every time Isaac uses an active item with charges, spawn 8 small bombs in a circle around him dealing 10 + 12.5% DamageStat explosion damage each.
