Dad's Balloon item
Dad's Balloon is an active item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Does one of the following:
• 35% → Fires a ring of 16 tears around Isaac.
• 25% → Fires a ring of 4 tears around Isaac.
• 20% → Fires a ring of 8 tears around Isaac.
• 20% → Spawns a pool of Holy Water creep.
Fired tears inherit Isaac's tear effects and damage.
