Gesture of the Deep is a trinket in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

When in a room with active enemies, automatically uses Isaac's active item.

If Isaac's active item is 2 charges or less, has a 1% chance to fart instead of using the active item.

5% chance to spawn a Lil' Battery along with any pickups that spawn in a room.
