Heart Arrest item
Heart Arrest is an unlockable passive item in Godmode Achieved, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+0.25 fire rate.
Isaac's tears are fired in a heartbeat pattern, firing in an alternating pattern of 1/3 of his current tears to 7/4, effectively raising the tears cap between the two patterns.
How to unlock?
Defeat The Fallen Light as 
Samson.
