After dealing 2500 damage, an angelic baby familiar personally delivers Isaac a random item from the current room's item pool.

After the first appearance, it will take 2500 + 5000 × TotalDeliveries damage to summon the angelic baby familiar again.

The damage required is displayed in the top-left corner.

Defeat The Fallen Light as The Lost.
