Bismuth Crystal is a pickup in Heaven's Call, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.

+1 bismuth crystal.

Holding bismuth crystals increases the chance of finding higher quality items.

Each crystal adds a 1.5% chance to reroll collectibles with quality less than 2. If the total chance exceeds 100%, one guaranteed reroll is performed, followed by a second one using the remaining probability if the item is still below quality 2.

Taking damage drops all held bismuth crystals onto the floor. These can be recollected without penalty.

Bismuth crystals can be obtained by picking up pennies while holding Bismuth Penny.
