Lunar Pact is a in Heaven's Call, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Lunar Pact rooms can replace Devil Deals at the end of boss fights with a 5% chance.
The room contains multiple items from the Ultra Secret Room pool as Lunar Pacts, which require Isaac to pay heart containers, soul hearts, or take broken hearts to obtain them. The cost of each item adapts to Isaac's current health.
The item pool is always under the effects of Sacred Orb.
When any form of The Lost takes a Pact, all other ones will disappear.
When any form of Keeper takes a Pact, it will never leave fewer than 2 coin hearts, and will cover the remaining cost with pennies.
