Costs half a heart to play. Prioritizes red hearts first.

Starting from Chapter 4, costs a full heart to play.

Not having enough HP to play can kill Isaac.

Each donation has a 66% chance to pay out. Guaranteed to pay out every 6th donation.

Campfire Survivors have a 7% chance to replace Beggars.

Possible payouts
• 74% - Random Inscryption card.
• 16% - Random Inscryption trinket.
• 10% - Final payout.

Final payout
• Random Inscryption item.
• 5 random Inscryption cards if no items left.

When destroyed
• Spawns several random pickups.
