Hrokkall consumable
Hrokkall is a consumable in Inscryption Card Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Charges up Isaac's active item twice and can be used twice in a row for the current room.
Killed enemies drop batteries which disappear after 2 seconds for the current room.
