Magpie's Lens is an active item in Inscryption Card Pack, a mod for The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Gives Isaac a random Inscryption card.
The generated card type depends on what room type the item is used in:
• Common card in the rest of the room types.
• Rare card in Boss Room.
• Pack Rat in a crawlspace.
• Pelt card in Devil Room and Shop.
