Item Card consumable
Item Card is a consumable in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Only available during the Cantripped! challenge.
Grants an active item in the consumable slot based on the card's internal id.
Can be replaced by obtaining a different Item Card, which will replace the currently selected active item in the consumable slot.
Has a 20% chance to drop when killing enemies during the challenge, and drops upon each room clear.
Replaces all item pedestals when they appear.
