Mega Chest is an unlockable pickup in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Requires 1-7 keys to open.
Has a 1% chance to replace any Locked Chest.
Possible drops
• 2 items from the Treasure Room item pool
• The contents of 5 Locked Chests (excluding items)

How to unlock?
Defeat Mega Satan as Tainted Isaac.
