Black Sack pickup
Black Sack is an unlockable pickup in The Binding of Isaac, added in the Repentance DLC.
Description
Spawns 2-3 pills, black/bone hearts, and/or bombs when touched.
Only 1 heart can spawn per sack.
Has a 1% chance to replace any regular Grab Bag.
Note

How to unlock?
Defeat Mega Satan as Tainted Judas.
