Rotten Beggars have an 8% chance to replace Beggars.

Final payout
• +10% chance for an Angel Room.
• Item from the Rotten Beggar item pool.

When destroyed
• +35% chance for an Angel/Devil Deal.
• Spawns 2 Small Maggots.
• Chance to drop a Rotten Heart.
