Devil Beggar is a machine in The Binding of Isaac.

Costs half a heart to play. Prioritizes red hearts first.

Starting from Chapter 4, costs a full heart to play.

Not having enough HP to play can kill Isaac.

Possible payouts
• Random card.
• Random pill.
• Random trinket.

On Hard Mode, the first payout will happen after at least 6 donations, and any subsequent payout requires at least 3. On other modes, payout may happen anywhere between 1-8 donations.

Final payout
• +35% chance for a Devil Deal.
• Item from the Devil Room item pool.

When destroyed
• +35% chance for an Angel Room.
• 2 enemy spiders.
