Blood Donation Machine is a machine in The Binding of Isaac.

Costs half a heart to play. Prioritizes red hearts first.

Starting from Chapter 4, costs a full heart to play.

Not having enough HP to play can kill Isaac.

Possible payouts
• 1-3 coins of any type (only 1 if playing on Hard Mode). When playing as Keeper or Tainted Keeper, 0-1 coins.
• Rarely drops Child's Heart.
• Explodes, giving one of the final payouts.

Final payout
One of the following:
• Blood Bag
• IV Bag

Multiple Blood Bags can appear per run, but only 1 IV Bag can spawn.

When destroyed
• Several coins or hearts.
