IV Bag item
IV Bag is an active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns coins on the cost of half a red heart (or a full heart starting from The Womb).
Each use pays out with 1-2 coins on Normal Mode or 1 coin on Hard Mode.
Spawns 0-1 coins instead when used by Keeper or Tainted Keeper.
Can drop as a final payout from a 
Blood Donation Machine.
Note

IV Bag
• (without Keeper & without Tainted Keeper): Deals 1/2 heart of self damage to spawn 1-3 coins
• (without Keeper & without Tainted Keeper): Damages red hearts before other heart types
• Keeper + Tainted Keeper: Deals self damage to spawn 0-1 coins
• Abyss: x1 locust 1x Isaac's damage
• Book of Virtues: x1 outer wisp - 1 hp - 3 damage
