Best Friend item
Best Friend is an active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Spawns a decoy that distracts enemies and makes them target it instead of Isaac.
The decoy explodes after a few seconds, dealing 185 damage in a Megatroll Bomb radius.
The decoy is affected by some bomb modifiers.
