Child's Heart trinket
Child's Heart is a trinket in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Grants a 10% chance of replacing the room clear reward with a heart.
Chests, Tinted Rocks, Slot Machines and Fortune Telling Machines gain a 33% chance of adding a heart to their rewards.
Can drop from 
Blood Donation Machines.

Child's Heart
• 10% increased chance of finding red hearts as room-clear rewards
• 33% chance to add an additional red heart to chests, tinted rocks, and destroyed machines
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): 20% increased chance of finding red hearts as room-clear rewards
• Golden Trinket (without Mom's Box): 66% chance to add an additional red heart to chests, tinted rocks, and destroyed machines
• Mom's Box: 20% increased chance of finding red hearts as room-clear rewards
• Mom's Box: 66% chance to add an additional red heart to chests, tinted rocks, and destroyed machines
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: 50% increased chance of finding red hearts as room-clear rewards
• Mom's Box + Golden Trinket: 100% chance to add an additional red heart to chests, tinted rocks, and destroyed machines
