1up! is a familiar in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 extra life.
Grants a familiar that follows Isaac.
Respawns Isaac with full health in the previous room, or half a soul heart if he has no red heart containers.
The item is removed from Isaac's inventory after it respawns Isaac.
