Crystal Ball item
Crystal Ball is an active item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
While held +15% Planetarium chance, or +100% if at least one Treasure Room has been skipped.
Even though it grants a 100% planetarium chance, it still cannot guarantee one to spawn due to some floor layouts not being capable of spawning one.
On useReveals the floor layout and all map icons except the Super Secret Room.
50/50 chance to drop either a 
Soul Heart or a random card/rune.
Can drop as a final payout from a 
Fortune Telling Machine.
