Ankh item
Ankh is a passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
+1 extra life.
Upon death, respawns Isaac as ??? with 3 Soul Hearts in the most recent non-hostile room, and then removes the item.
If playing as Tainted ???, will revive as that character instead.
Note
