The Poop

Cannot have Red Heart containers. Any item that gives Red Heart containers will grant a Soul Heart instead.

Devil Deal items cost the same amount of Soul Hearts as they would cost Red Hearts, unlike with other characters that have no Red Hearts.

Destroying poop will spawn a Blue Fly.
