Celtic Cross item
Celtic Cross is an unlockable passive item in The Binding of Isaac.
Description
Taking damage has a chance to create a shield that negates all types of damage for 7 seconds, similarly to Book of Shadows.
The base chance is 20% and goes up to 100% with 27 luck.
